Welcome to Ina’s Place, a comfortable and well-presented three-bedroom mid-terraced home set in the stunning Scottish Highlands. The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding after a day out, with large, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV for easy evenings in. The dining table, seating up to six guests, provides a great space for shared meals, morning coffees or planning your next Highland adventure.

The bright and generously sized kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stays, with plenty of storage and worktop space. Guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, two under-counter fridge/freezers and an air fryer, making longer stays just as convenient as short breaks.

Ina’s Place comfortably sleeps up to five guests across three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV and ample storage. The second bedroom, located at the rear of the house, offers a double bed, TV and storage, providing a quiet and comfortable space to relax. The third bedroom includes a single bed, TV, storage and a large mirror, ideal for adults or children alike.

The modern bathroom is fitted with an electric walk-in shower, offering a refreshing start or end to your day.

Outside, the property benefits from enclosed gardens to both the front and rear, providing a safe and pleasant outdoor area to enjoy the fresh Highland air. A washing line adds a practical touch after scenic walks or active days out.

Located in the village of Caol, Ina’s Place is just a 5–10 minute drive from the centre of Fort William and close to the picturesque Caledonian Canal. With easy access to mountains, walking trails and local amenities, it’s a comfortable and convenient base for exploring this remarkable part of Scotland.

There is no parking on site, however there is free parking just a minutes walk away.
