Our check-in time after 4 pm/ check-out by 11 am times are accurate, please make your travel plans accordingly. This a residential apartment building and we do not have onsite facilities for bag storage before or after your reservation times. If you will arrive early, or leave late, please consider adding an additional day to your reservation. Thank you.

This was lovely just what we needed. The only issue was it was a 3 flight walk up since the elevator was down. I'm asthmatic and it was a challenge for me. Other than that it was clean, cozy, cost effective and perfect for what we needed.

Terrible experience. Got towed and cost me an extra $335. Visitor parking was full. Only 3 spots on the apartment side. Registered and parked at the closest spot next to it that wasn't labeled reserved. Basically an old apartment complex with a passive aggressive host. Asked for entry 40 mins early but was denied. Do not stay here!

The room itself was very clean and I appreciated the attention to details like the vacuumed couch and karate chopped pillows! There's not much privacy in any part of the room- would be awkward if traveling with friends. It's a prime location, being just a 30 minute walk from Panther Pavillion and even closer to good bars/restaurants. My biggest issues were that the designated parking spot was taken and I had parked in visitors-a longer walk. The elevator was also not available in the section you are lead to. Not the hosts fault, but four flights of stairs with luggage was a workout.

Everything was pretty smooth, it was kind of hard finding the elevator. There’s no water other than tap. The view is okay and it’s close to downtown. Overall pretty good BUT the host adds a 250 pending charge onto your card just in case there’s any problems after your stay.This 250 wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing, so when I check my bank it looked like they were going to charge me that amount on top of what I already paid. I got in contact with them to find out what the pending charge was for and they explained it that it was “just in case charge”. I just feel like we should know if they are going to put that on my card whether they charge or not. I almost had a heart attack when I seen it.

We were very disappointed with this stay. Upon arrival, there was an extremely strong fragrance/cologne odor throughout the condo that was overwhelming to the point it caused physical symptoms for our group, including headaches, nausea, and asthma-related breathing concerns. We contacted the host immediately and were advised to open windows and run a fan, but the windows would not stay open and had no screens despite being on the 4th floor, making that solution unrealistic for safety reasons. We were also concerned by cleanliness issues, including finding what appeared to be a prescription medication capsule on the bathroom floor, along with hair and a used Q-tip, which made us question whether the condo had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Because of the health and sanitation concerns, we were unable to stay and had to secure alternate accommodations. We reported the issue immediately but were unable to reach a resolution. I recognize others may have a different experience, but I wanted to share ours so future guests, particularly those with fragrance sensitivities or asthma, can make an informed decision.
