we truly enjoyed our stay however you should know that your cottage needs some current TLC
the toilet seat needs to be fixed/replaced
Frank tried to fix/tighten it down it it didn’t stick
the back screen door needs a lot of TLC as the catch for thelatch has eroded/fallen out so door bags throughout any winds plus the tubular control that screws into the door is stripped out which adds to it being totally unsecured.

Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood

The house is just as described and we loved the area it is in. It is right off of I30, which was perfect for us. We got everywhere we needed to go easily. Griselda, the host, was always responsive and very friendly. She is very accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Home away from home

Property was nice and close to the Will Rogers Coliseum for us. It was simple and tidy. Parking was on the street but a quiet and safe neighborhood. It worked for us, would stay again. A few chairs could use some lc.

We needed a place that was close to the stock show because of early hours and late nights. This house was perfect and very accommodating. Communication was GREAT! We will definitely try to stay here again!!!

Nice stay

Enjoyed our stay, however lacked blankets and linens and the yard was a bit rough. Overall clean and good neighborhood close to Will Rogers Coliseum.

Stayed for the IALHA National Championships

Check in was easy, house was clean. However it was a bit difficult to communicate with owner as we had to go through VRBO and not directly with owner. We got locked out one day and it took forever to reach owner, not because of her, but because of the VRBO site. The dryer had a broken handle which made it a little difficult to open. But being a group of farm girls we figured it out. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was tiny but we are all small so no problem. If you are a 6foot something tall man, the toilet may be a challenge. Loved the shower! And the location to Will Rogers Memorial Ctr. was ideal for us. Overall was a very nice stay.
