This is in a good area. However, I have stayed at the hotel next door many times before and it beats this one hands down on front desk staff help and politeness and the noise from the highway is not as loud at the other hotel (highway noise was terrible here). The room was clean and had everything we needed.

My room did not have a mini fridge, many less expensive hotels of course do....the privacy curtains were ripped and torn!...my room failed to be cleaned and serviced on the Saturday night of my stay....a 20% failure rate. Frankly way over priced and sub standard for the over $700 my stay cost. Very disappointing to say the least.

Clean hotel room, no refrigerator and filthy pool.

Pros: Good location, large shower and a good breakfast with clean room.

Cons: Need to add refrigerators to the rooms and replace the mattresses with better quality ones that are more comfortable and clean the pool more often.

Location: Location was good, right across from several stores and restaurants and close to downtown Mansfield and Joe Poole Lake.

The price of the room was the same as other hotels of equal value except this facility did not have a refrigerator in the room and the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was clean and the shower was big although the massage shower head was partially plugged up and didn't work very well. The pool was filthy, I had to use the net to seine the clumps of hair and leaves out of the pool and there was a slimy grime on the pool tiles just above the water line.

Didn't get what I had reserved

Pros: breakfast was pretty good. Coffee and fruit infused water available at all times.

Cons: give people the room they reserved.

Location: close to other hotels and restaurants.

I had reserved a double queen studio room, but ended up with a double room. They had given my room to someone else even though I had arrived right at check in time 3pm. The room wasn’t even ready at 3pm, so I had to wait 10 minutes. Additionally, we went all the way up to the room with our stuff and saw it was the wrong type of room. I had to go back downstairs and they were not very apologetic. They thought I would ignore that the expensive room we booked was not what they actually gave us?! There were no roll-aways, so someone had to sleep on the floor. The compromise? $50 off my room. Ridiculous.

Great central location

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants

We stayed with our 3 grandkids (went to the Fort Worth Museum and Hawaiian Falls waterpark). The front desk staff was great at getting us settled in with the 3 of them. We all enjoyed the pool at the hotel. Breakfast is a fix-it yourself setup, with waffles, eggs, etc. Very good! Had a great stay and would highly recommend for ease of travel via the freeway system to a lot of places in the area(s).
