We have stayed many times at this location. We will probably stay here again as well. However, this is the first time we encountered this problem: no hot showers. There was only lukewarm water at best, while at it's worst, it was cold. They said they were having "furnace issues". It couldn't be explained away as "It was cold outside" nor "It was busier than normal", as we have stayed here many times when both much colder and much busier. Otherwise, a normal, typical stay...nice enough employees, nice enough room amenities.

The miserable looking staff person at the desk saw me walk up and casually looked up with the most smut voice asking if he could help me...he looked as if he didnt want to be there and i was inconviniencing him. Then when he asked for my card, he asked "what kind of card is this?" To which, i answered that it was a mastercard. My card had a silly sticker on it...and he said i couldnt use it in the most condescending tone. He said since it didnt say my name on it that i could not use the card. I proceeded to peel off the sticker, damaging my card and then handing him a new one. Now, i understand policy but he made me feel like i was a low life trying to get a free nights stay. Why would i steal a credit card for an incidental fee. I was thoroughly disgusted and did not stay the night. I left and did not return.
