Nice hotel, fantastic location. Friendly staff Clean hotel Breakfast was a little disappointing with lack of seating and food running out by 8:39am. Had to ask for cutlery twice during our stay.

You absolutely cannot beat the location! The view from our room was directly in front of the Colosseum and you could watch the Cattle Drive from the room. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the water in the shower was hot, and the room was roomy with two dogs and their kennels. It really was a great room for the weekend! We contemplated The Drover but we knew we’d be out of the hotel for the majority of the trip so we just couldn’t justify the ridiculous cost. If you want The Stockyards experience, without the crazy cost of a luxury hotel, meanwhile still staying in a nice hotel, let it be this one!
