Apartment was fine. Pictures, although confusing, were accurate. Listing is inaccurate bordering on misleading. It needs to be updated to reflect the reality of this tiny 2nd floor apartment. It is not a whole house. It used to be a whole house until they chopped it into 6 tiny apartments. The picture of the shed in the backyard is where the communal coin operated laundry is. Appliances and mattresses were nice and comfortable. No dishwasher despite checkout instructions to place dirty dishes in one. A/C worked great. Parking was tight but we didn't have any issues. Didn't receive any check in instructions, but host was quick to respond and get us access. Lots of threats about the trash situation and fines and upcharges in the welcome instructions, but they didn't hassle us on anything. Firm impression that they own too many of these properties to pay particular attention to any one. Ultimately would stay again if this was the type of property I was looking for.
