To foster a harmonious living environment, please adhere to the following house rules:

Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Kindly avoid eating in the bedroom.
Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Street parking is allowed.
Be mindful of noise, especially after 10 pm, to maintain a peaceful neighborhood.
