Each house offers its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom(s), so everyone gets personal space without sacrificing convenience. Sleeping arrangements
Flexible layouts work well for couples, kids, and remote work. If you share bed sizes and room counts, One of the houses got a private pool and it has 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms. The other house has 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom. We have sleeping arrangements for up to 25 people in both the houses together.

During our stay the sewer line backed up 3 different times. The first time it took over 4 hours to get someone to the house in order to address the issue. The contractor advised that he was at this house several times in the past, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. In addition, one side of the house was not ready at the indicated check in. The outside pool area was a complete disaster filled with leaves and other debris. We were told that the pool was ready to go, however, it didn't look like anyone was there to clean it in over a week or two. There was also a playset that was severely unsafe for any child to use. Utensils within the house were not there besides a mix match of silverware. This house was not set up for even half the number that it claims to sleep. None of the TV remotes had backs to them. The entry lock fell off the door several times during our stay. This place was not the same place pictured in the description. No follow-up by the host after we had sewer water throughout the bathrooms and front room.

We had 14 family members stay at both houses. There was plenty of room for us to socialize in large or small groups. We enjoyed the pool, BBQ, and game room and liked the selection of board games. The neighborhood is quiet, with parks, stores, and pharmacies nearby.

Family Vacation 2025

Two house was great, nice and clean.. Pool was great and clean, kids loved it.. The location was great in the middle (about 30min) of everything we wanted to do. Grocery store right down the road and gas station etc. AC worked GREAT! Beds and pillows were comfortable and amazing. Had a great night asleep. Great community. ( Neighbors were nice.) Great place for a BIG family!!

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion! The location was perfect to meet up with the family there in Texas. The 2 houses gave us plenty of space for the size of our siblings group.The 2 backyards were perfect spaces for visiting and great areas for the kids! We were able to shut the gate between the the backyards to keep the little kids away from the pool when it was not time to swim, that was perfect so we didn’t have to worry about a child sneaking away! The neighborhood was nice. Peaceful and calm! Denny and Nacole were great to work with! They had great communication and checked in on us! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great for our large family Christmas

The properties were clean, convenient and worked out great for our family Christmas. Beds aplenty and all comfortable. Nacole and Denny were very responsive, and even put up Christmas trees for us! Also were great to make sure we had new propane tanks for the grills. We had a great time.
