The villa boasts in fact a private fenced garden (about 200 sqm) with lawn and covered patio, equipped with a dining table for 6 people and wicker armchairs.
At the back of the property, through a side gate you can reach a large park (about 1000 sqm) and a pool (6 x 12 m), open from 15 June to 15 September. The pool is shared with other condominiums, and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
At guests\' disposal there is also an outdoor laundry area.
Uncovered parking is available along the street.
