The house, on the first floor of a condominium with lift, is composed of a beautiful living area with sofa, TV and desk for work with a monitor for pc, a fully equipped open kitchen which has a gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine coffee, moka, various utensils and dining table; From the living area there is access to a large balcony (with adjoining storage room which includes the washing machine) with an awning where it is also possible to eat.
In the sleeping area we find a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers; a bedroom with a single bed and desk and a second monitor for pc, which can also be used as an office. In the complete bathroom there is a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet.
