Technically is thought of everything, from Smart TV via Wi-Fi, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, to E-WC shower not to forget the sensor-controlled waste bin. LED lighting of the washbasin edges are also sensor controlled. Underfloor heating in every room, electric shutters.
