The front desk staffs Carina Schmirow and Olha Klitka are very friendly to customers. They always try their bests to make customers very happy for their stays. They give me room 709 not only has a very good bathtub but also has a balcony. I can get a bird view of Frankfurt downtown area.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Bar and restaurant constantly closed. Staff not helpful. Rooms boiling hot and unable to turn down properly. The beds are seriously uncomfy. 2 singles pushed together that slide apart. Pillows shocking. All in all, not good for a mercure.

Well located to the train station, this hotel is a step up from the usual mid-priced business hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and modern with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The neighborhood is a little creepy at night with a lot of people hanging around in the street. Good stay at this hotel, comfortable bed and clean room. The area around the hotel is a bit rough, and they take a room deposit that’s higher than the room rate which is a bit odd. Good for an overnighter while travelling though.
