We stayed here for just one night before catching the flight back home. The hotel is in walking distance from the train station and there are many food shops nearby. It is in great condition with nice simple decor. Our room is good size and everything is extremely clean. The staff is nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.

In short: stay away from this hotel. Staff seemed bored and disengaged. Breakfast was full of wasps, and food was all over the floor. Staff didnt clean it but pushed it away with their feet. A very loud African family were smacking the doors at 2-4 am waking up everyone. Staff didnt do anything about it. It was uncomfortable as they were clearly on substances and very, very loud. Rooms were very small with no fridge. Hotel body wash and shampoo gave me itches, and screen sharing on TV didnt work. Key cards didnt work either and had to be replaced. View from room was straight into the other rooms where people were shouting across to each other. Area where hotel is located is full of homeless people and junkies.

I would absolutely not recommend this property to women traveling alone or families. It is in an "up and coming" neighborhood and I wish I has stayed elsewhere

Wonderful stay

Great stay at the hotel. The location is a bit dodge but once you’re inside the hotel, it’s like you’re in another world. Modern. Funky. Nice furniture. Very comfortable bed and the beddings. Friendly staff (Nina and Noa).

Horrible area- drug addicts actively doing drugs right outside the entrance, peeing on the sidewalks, drugged out on top of each other all over the streets, homeless people begging, prostitution, and the summer heat intensified the stench of urine in the neighborhood. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, so there’s the factor of the people who tend to hang around train stations. The beds are fine, the rooms are small, there were a couple of good people who worked there who were helpful and they were good about cleaning every day. Otherwise, don’t stay here unless you’re desperate. I happened to be desperate from jet lag and being ill from traveling.

Good hotel in a scary neighborhood

Very comfortable bed! Clean room. Near the central train station with all types of transportation access. However, the hotel is in a scary neighborhood with homeless people.

Modern clean hotel in central location.

Modern clean hotel. Room and bathroom are good size. Bed was comfortable and good air conditioning. Cons. No bar fridge in room and not in best location. I suggest taking train, tram or taxi to old town and river.

We stayed here twice over our 3 weeks in Europe and the room was comfortable and quiet. It’s super convenient and close to the station, the area is a little rough though but the hotel outweighed the negatives of the area.

Nice overnight stay

I just booked an overnight stay for a concert. The hotel was great. The location was convenient, the room was clear, spacious, and comfortable, and staff was very nice. The only negative is that the area of the hotel is not very nice (being located so close to the train station), so I would advise caution when not in the room.

The location is convenient especially given that GPS doesn’t factor in the short-cut directly across from the train station. But this neighborhood is not the best. Lots of homeless people and not very clean. Still, inside the hotel it's clean and tidy, and the staff are good.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The staff was great. They have a wonderful breakfast! It was conveniently located for us, as we arrived by train, but the area around the train station is quite dirty and felt unsafe. Lijely looked worse than it is, but not a first good impression of the city. But not the hotel's fault!
