The home is 5-bedroom home with 6 baths with tile showers (his and hers bath with jacuzzi bath tub in the main master)! Two wonderful relaxing decks accent this beautiful home, both with great views and plenty of space for a family get together! In the interior has vaulted T&G ceilings, granite counter tops, amazing engineered wood flooring, stainless appliances (double ovens for the holiday get togethers) and lp gas tankless water heater. You'll enjoy a spacious breakfast bar, Stone Rock Fireplace (gas logs available in the winter months). 4 King Masters on the Main level. Lower level has a large Media Room or Family Gathering Room, a stacked rock gas log fireplace (available in winter months only), and a bedroom room with full bath. Great house and beautiful views!

We love this area and are always happy to return! The house works great for us with the four king size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large kitchen and living area, beautiful deck, cornhole, etc. All that we could want!

Friends catching up in the mountains

Beautiful house with 4 master suites (all four king beds - very comfortable). The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We spent most of our evenings on the back deck relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. There are two outdoor gas fireplaces to add ambience after the sun went down.

Motorcycle Heaven

To start, our host was great. Even when I asked questions months in advance. The home is incredible. We had several couples and a couple individuals. Every bedroom was a suite. After riding all day we came back and relaxed on the deck. Great views, and even though you are close to stores, etc, it’s peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend this home for a vacation getaway!

Wonderful views and large rooms

This is our second time staying here. The bedrooms are spacious, the open floor space is wonderful and the view from the decks is stunning. We love the birdhouses and bird feeders. I saw a hummingbird even (no feeder) and a pair of bluebirds bringing food to their babies in one of the birdhouses along the porch. The neighborhood is peaceful and exactly what our friend group needed for our weekend.

Mountain view

Beautiful property and gorgeous views. There were 4 generations of us..12 people. HOUSE AND DECKS WERE BEAUTIFUL..4 great bedrooms with a bunkroom for kids. REc room basement a big plus. Big downside...tv and wifi almost useless..we had to hook up our phones to see tv on a big football weekend. Had to haul trash 2 miles down the road.

Perfect for a big group!

Loved this immaculate home! The kitchen is well-appointed and easy to use. We all noted that the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs living area was comfy, and the downstairs game room was even nicer than expected. The view was lovely, and the warm weather led us to spend a lot of time on the porch. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Den Church

We are a home church since Covid shut down churches. We came for a marriage retreat! The house is awesome! Master suites met all of our needs. Very clean! Beds slept good. Kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyed our weekend very much. The fire pit on the deck was our favorite meeting spot.

Beautiful and peaceful

The house, the location, the view - everything was amazing. It was fun getting together with a group of friends and being able to have plenty of room for all of us. The porches are divine- one of our favorite places to chill and hang out together. Our host, Lynn, responded each time we contacted her within a timely manner. We had no issues, just regular communication. We look forward to staying here again. In fact we’ve already booked a time next spring.

This place is awesome for a group. The entire downstairs is a fun place to hang out with games and ping pong table. The place was extremely clean setup perfect to host the group I had with me!! 100% recommend anyone with a big family or friends to stay here.

Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing! Our family of 8 adults and 3 children were so happy with the house. The kitchen was so nice we only had to eat out once (by choice). The house had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for the whole family and the beds were all super comfortable and clean.We enjoyed the sunsets every evening on the back deck! Such a beautiful home! House was close to hiking trails and shopping something for everyone. We loved every moment of our vacation thanks for sharing your home!

Was great size for our family, although there was a few things. Very hard to get there, the dish washers did not always get dishes clean. We had 2 days without internet, when we had it was very weak. We did have a great time but think these should be addressed

Father's Day Weekend

Third time staying on Sunset Mountain. Once again it was absolutely wonderful. We had thirteen family members staying 4 nights, there's plenty of room inside and outside to accommodate our family. Large bedrooms, and living area. VERY clean house. Plenty of parking space. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the porch. Great location, grocery store is just a short drive away. 45 minute drive to Cherokee . I highly recommend staying here.

Great accommodations except having to take trash to dump!

The open area is large, and wonderful for gathering with family. We had a wonderful time relaxing, cooking, eating, and just catching up. It was a great birthday celebration. There were lots of bees outside, but the main downer was having to take your own trash to the dump! We’ve never had to do this on any other property that we’ve rented. The cleaning fee should cover it - in my opinion.

Perfectly clean, beautiful view, plenty of outdoor furniture w/ deck space for all 10 of us to circle up, kitchen had everything we needed, great dining table that comfortably seats 10, gas grill outside, plenty of parking, and you just can't beat 4 ensuite king rooms plus bunks and bathroom downstairs! Great games, etc., for in and out. We want to come back to this one!
