Perfect holiday getaway

This was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Downtown was within walking distance and HEB just a short drive if you need groceries. Highly recommend!

It was a quick get away for the wives of our friend group. If temp wasn’t so hot, it would definitely be walkable to Main Street, but it was 103+ while we were there. The house is adorable, clean, and the beds were comfortable ! Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Stayed with my daughter and her young family. My son was getting married in town. Great location and plenty of room for the 6 of us. Back yard is great to relax with morning coffee. The check in and out process is very simple.

Texas Tech Roomies Weekend

My College Roommates and I, who have not seen each other in many years, planned a weekend getaway to shop and visit the wineries in Fredricksburg. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house, which is situated in a quaint quiet neighborhood not far from Main Street, was absolutely delightful. It is updated nicely and has plenty of room to gather in the living and dining room. We would definitely stay here again or recommend this property to others.

This property is very well located to Main Street. It’s lovely, with all the little extras to boot. Very clean and tidy and decorated super cute! Would recommend without a second thought. My husband said when we go back, he wants to stay there again. High praise from him!

Celebrated Turning 65 together with friends!!

My friends and I (The YaYa's) from Jr/Sr High School days all turned 65 this year and wanted to celebrate together with a long weekend. We chose Fredericksburg and Love Birds Getaway for our stay. The house was perfect - they thought of everything!

Amazing Stay!

We decided to take our Mothers on a Mother-Daughter trip. With our schedules, we weren't able to be as "put together" as we normally are in our planning. Our first place fell through because of a wedding (I actually had to call multiple times because I never got responses to the emails). BUT THEN.... we found this place. And can I just say, sometimes rejection is PERFECTION!. This house was just perfect for us and for our moms. It an old home that has been painstakinglinly restored AND updated. The character was kept and the new only adds to the charm - updated bathrooms and kitchen. It it cozy in EVERY definition. And the decor...clearly the owner took time to find pieces that fit the house but are also functional. And the bed was one of the most comfortable I've every slept on. Plus, they have some of everything in case you leave something. Bath amenities, fully stocked kitchen (including pots, pans, potholders, etc.), all the things! And the wifi is speedy. Checking in was easy and no question went unanswered (although we didn't have many). It's just a short 5 minute drive from Main Street and we were blessed to find great parking every day - even on Sunday morning! Although there were 4 of us, I think 6 could easily be comfortable with the three bedroom/2 bath home, The dining table seats 6. The outdoor space is beautiful. If you are looking for a great stay, look here! You will not be disappointed!

Lovely House + Great Location

My girlfriends and I loved our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and within easy walking distance of Main St., which meant we didn’t have to worry about parking when we went downtown. We spent one afternoon at Oktoberfest—about a 20-minute walk away. The house was super clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee out on the back patio. Definitely would recommend and would be delighted to stay here again.
