The recent recipient of a stupendous renovation, this three bedroom home just one mile from the center of downtown Fredericksburg is ideal for family and friends alike. From the moment one opens the front door, it would be hard to not be impressed by the grand, open spaces that greet you and your guests. A fully-equipped kitchen makes even the most extravagant of meals a snap while three lovely bedrooms, each offering a splendid queen bed, serve as the perfect retreat after a fun-filled day. Outside, an expansive, lush backyard and charming covered patio makes a day just spent at the house a tantalizing prospect.

*Please be aware that firewood for the fireplace and fire pit is not provided. If you will be using the fireplace, please be sure to only use a Duraflame log (or a similar product). Do not use natural wood.*

LOCATION - 2 blocks north of Main Street
HOSTS - Newly renovated home to yourselves
SLEEPS - Up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms; Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a trundle bed in a separate area, and the other two bedrooms have Queen beds
BATH - 2 baths; The Master bath has a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity, the other bath has a walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. The bathrooms were spacious and the bedding and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed... Only 23 drink koozies though. :)Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This home was gorgeous and really great decor, but it really needs a deep clean. The headboard in the room I slept in was coated in dust and the trim all through the house was the same. The cabinets in the kitchen have food drips down them as well as the backsplash. This is normal stuff that happens over time, and the place was very tidy, but for sure in need of a good deep clean. The providing of coffee was such a nice touch and we had such a blast for our mom’s getaway weekend! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great house located near Main Street. Master bedroom suite was huge with gorgeous soaking tub. The other 2 bedrooms were large. Nice backyard with fire pit. Beautiful kitchen and living room. The only feedback for improvement would be to have a working ice machine in the fridge or ice trays. Otherwise very nice and affordable!

Cozy place

The house is very impressive. Cute farm house decor. Checking in and out was very easy. It is located near Main Street. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. The backyard was huge. We hanged out by the fire pit at night and enjoyed the stars in the skies while listening to some music. The place is awesome and will definitely come back.

This has to be one of the best locations we have ever experienced. The house is well equipped, comfortably decorated with high quality linens, furniture, beds! We only booked 2 nights and could have stayed a lot longer. Great place!

Clean, great place for a family weekend

The house was very pretty, updated and clean. The pictures are accurate of the decor and very spacious for a family of 6. We were disappointed the outside furniture and picnic area was rusted and warped. So much potential for the beautiful, shady yard space.
