Perfect Getaway

My daughter and I absolutely adored the property. The vibe was exactly what we were looking for, to include, the close proximity of Main Street. We appreciate the hospitality and although the main house was literally steps away, we felt completely separate and private. Thank you for making our trip complete! I would definitely recommend to Family and Friends. ❤️

Lovely Stay in Fredy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is lovely and very convenient to the main area of Fredericksburg. It was very clean and even had water and cokes in refrigerator upon our arrival. It comes with stove and frig but no sink in kitchenette which makes washing up the dishes a bit difficult. I did not care for the bed pillows (I’m picky) but that’s a minor issue.

Weekend Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gausthaus 402 was a perfect choice for my wife and I during a much needed weekend wine country escape. Very clean and comfortable with nice touches throughout. The bed & couch were cozy and comfortable, which is always important for a restful stay. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk to everything but amazingly quiet at night. We had a slight issue with the heater and the response from Escapes and the owner was fast & efficient. They had it resolved right away with great communication, which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here.
