Me and my boyfriend really loved this house! Super cozy and quaint, at night you can see the stars so clear and feel peaceful because it’s so quiet outside! Only little thing is probably the restroom not having a door but other than that we will be staying here again.

A Perfect Retreat

Our little cabin was everything we needed and more. Absolute Charm really thought about all the details and crafted a true retreat at Honey Hill. It was the perfect getaway and we had no problems, whatsoever. Thank you!!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it and it was just as advertised! Very romantic and peaceful, very clean and so beautiful. Would absolutely recommend this place!

The property was gorgeous, quiet, private, clean, romantic and short drive into town. The only problem I had was the hot tub was a little dirty and had a bad smell. That was one of the big reasons I chose this property and when I messaged them about it they said “there hot tub guy wasn’t in town” even when I asked if they had chemicals stored somewhere as I have a hot tub I could fix the problem my self but they didn’t tell me they had any around. Overall even with the hot tub problem I would book again.

Great Weekend

We really liked the place. We wish that there was a door, curtain, something to isolate the toilet. Also, the bathtub water doesn’t get anywhere close to the temperature of the shower. Otherwise, we would stay again.

Hot tub was not clean. I looked for a place where we had our own private hot tub. Is why I chose y’all. We got in and got out. We wiped the slime off the drink holder and it was groce.

This cabin is beautiful! So many interesting and unique antique accents. Very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The huge bathtub was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and rocking chairs on the porch. We saw deer and rabbits. The covered car port was a really nice feature! It was super hot outside so it was nice to have the shade over the car. The drawbacks for us were: no curtains on the high windows. You could not sleep in because the sun was bright in your face early in the morning. Also, we could hear a lot of road noise when sat on the porch. The shower had poor water pressure so it took awhile to take a shower. Not sure why because there was plenty of water pressure from the tub and sinks.

Weekend get away

We were delighted by the hot tub, fireplace and large soaker tub in our cabin. There were other guests, in the other nearby cabins but everyone was quiet and chill. We had a bird guest who welcomed us in the morning at our windows! So cute! Beautiful space, fully equipped kitchen. Only downside was that the big soaker tub did not have jets but that was it!

Nice cabin

The cabin itself was very nice and comfy. The location not so much. It appears that someone lives in the cabin next door (100' away) and there was trash around it. The deer feeder was a good idea but they could have moved it out of the driveway. Weeds and totally unmanicured bushes, grass, sticker vines growing up patio. The landscaping needs work as there is no view from any direction. It's not very peaceful due to the hwy noise. You can not see the highway but you hear it all day and night. We could never get the door to lock so could not leave valuables in the cabin and propped a chair against the door at night.

The Cutest Cabin

Upon arriving, the Morning Mimosa Cabin exceeded my expectations! It's the perfect size with everything you need for a weekend away. There was even a doe and her two babies to greet me when I pulled up! My only feedback is that the hot tub doesn't get very hot, which was disappointing, as I was looking forward to a soak under the stars, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Cabin Stay

The cabin was cute and clean. The spa was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The sitting area and kitchen were nice. The front door lock and door handle need to be replaced. We were unable to lock it from the outside. The shower needs a better shower head, it only points at your face. For a romantic cabin the shower is not. The indoor tub has a crack so we never used it. We did not care that the toilet has no door. The porch was wonderful and relaxing. We didn't care for the smart thermostat, we were only able to turn it off, on, cool or heat. Overall it was a nice peaceful stay.

Very nice cabin, I just didn't know there was two others so close. Also big dump trucks came through the property at all hours. It was very clean, love the hot tub, and not far from town.

great, but

morning mimosa is a beautiful cabin close to Fredericksburg - not the 7 minutes that was advertised - it took us at least 15 minutes to drive to town. The place was wonderful - bed comfortable, sheets silky, towels fluffy and the décor was exceptional - just our taste. The hot tub was an added pleasure. The front door key was ridiculous - we were afraid to lock it at night - if I had to get out quickly, that was not going to happen. Really should do something about it. All in all, we would go back.

Great Property! Perfect for Romance!

The property itself was as described! Perfect for a romantic getaway. Clean, quaint, and somewhat remote! We had fun venturing into the town and highly recommend the dining, shopping, wineries, and live music experiences there. (Don’t fall for the “Balloon Festival” marketing and hype it’s not a ballon festival! Trust me and just save your $$) This was my first experience with what I believe is a property management company and the communication was very cookie cutter then when I had inquiries due to circumstances or clarity of process I received a somewhat rude reply then a secondary reply by a different person on that thread but that’s not reflected on the property or how it’s up kept.
