Great Location

Great Location, Very Clean, perfect for the two of us. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the unit shares a wall with another unit and if your neighbors are noisy (like ours were, playing loud music past midnight) you will hear them. We had to call the police to get them to turn the music down. I realize this is out of the property owners control, but the sharing of a common wall keeps it from getting 5 stars for us.

Location was great. Shopping, food and drinks are just a few steps away. Property was clean, the toilet had some red stains on the seat I was concerned about but after trying to scrub it I realized it was an actual stain. The walls are very thin we heard everything in the next room. There was a sound machine that helped. We would stay again

Fredricksburg Weekend

Great little place. Convenient to town. Didn’t have any issues with parking like others said in previous reviews. You could hear the neighbors next door a good bit, but wasn’t bad. Floors needed to be swept better and hot tub needed to be cleaned a little better. Toilet paper needs to be better quality. Other than those minor items this is probably the most ideal place you could stay from a parking standpoint and location. Certainly highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a place close to all the fun, this is it. We had a great time and the accommodations were very nice. We experienced an issue with the AC, but the management was quick to respond and moved us to another property.

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend. It was located perfectly so we could park our vehicle and not move it, we where able to walk everywhere! Only flaw was the parking. It was tight so not moving the truck was a plus.

We absolutely loved the location and hope to stay there (or at another Villa on the property) on a future trip. We also loved the hot tub and all the amenities in the Villa- perfect for a romantic weekend in the Hill country!

Anniversary Getaway

The villa was nice and clean and we loved the hot tub on the patio. The location couldn’t have been better. It was in the middle of everything and you could walk everywhere. The only negative thing I have to say, is that the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything that the neighbors were saying and every cough and sneeze. Would’ve given 5 stars if it would’ve been more private. Overall a good experience

Perfect!

My husband and I rented unit 6 for a last minute overnight trip to Fredericksburg. It was absolutely perfect for one night, maybe two. It was clean and exactly as pictured. The huge shower was fantastic! The only thing that there was to complain about was the unit was not that cool when we checked in and did not get as cool as we would like all night. Other than that, it was perfect.

Birthday getaway, great location

Location was perfect for a birthday getaway with my spouse. Loved the dual showerhead and individual hot tubs at each villa. We slept so well on the bed. The only point of criticism I have is one other guests have shared as well - the wall is so thin that we were woken up both mornings by the alarm of the guests next door, which was a loud ship's foghorn, so that was not the best. Otherwise perfect stay.
