Kelly's Creekside offer the best Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg's shops and restaurants. The four private suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly's Creekside offer four different suites, each with its own personality. Sandy's Serenity is the large, luxurious 1400 square foot suite in the main house boasting walls of windows and views to die for. Sandy's also includes a full living room and dining area, a full kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer/dryer, ice maker, a twin roll-way and more. The suite offers a king size bedroom with beautiful linens and a private balcony just off the master bedroom plus a second bedroom with a Queen size bed. Sandy's Serenity is definitely the jewel in the crown of Kelly's Creekside!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Erin's Escape, Sarah's Secret, and Leah's Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven, as an alternative to a hotel in Fredericksburg.

- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.

This was the perfect place! It was cute, clean and you can't beat the location! Easy walm to main street whe we enjoyed the Christmas lights, the shoppi g and tge food. Pretty Cabin

Had a quick trip to Fredricksburg with friends. The cabin is pretty, spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and sitting on the front porch. Couldn’t beat the location. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

My daughter and I stayed at Sandy's Serenity for our yearly trip to Fredericksburg. Out of all the places we've stayed, this one is by far the best. It's in a great location within walking distance of Main, and the neighborhood is so quiet. The house is beautiful and bigger than I expected. The beds are comfortable. Everything from the linens to the towels to the throw blankets are good quality. And, sitting out back watching the deer in the creek is amazing. We will be booking this one again for our trip next year!

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy!

This was our first visit to Fredricksburg where we spent nine nights at Sandy's Serenity. The cottage exceeded our expectations in every way! We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome with emergency contact information if needed. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep and basic toiletries (soap shampoo conditioner) were provided in the bathroom. The unit was super clean with wonderful service! We were even offered the opportunity to have fresh sheets and towels changed mid-stay! The unit includes a full size washer/dryer. The location is a short two block walk to downtown but located on a wonderful lot alongside a creek where deer feed nightly. My husband and I spent over 50 nights in VRBO's last year, Kellys Creekside was definitely one of the nicest VRBO's we stayed in!

Cleanest VRBO any of us have stayed at. Floor plan ideal. Kitchen had more than everything needed. And to stay somewhere soooo scenic AND be able to walk to Main Street is so special. Loved seeing the deer, hearing the birds, watching the sunset all from our private deck.

Very much enjoyed it, the light switches were a little confusing.

When we first got there had to call Elaine the booking manager. She was a delight. We were having issues with the bedroom on the right. It was stuffy and not cool. She went and bought some fans and called the AC guy. The house cooled down but there is something going on with that bedroom. Fans really helped but was not near as cool as the rest of the house.
