Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

So adorable!

Our stay at Nobel Haus was amazing! The home was clean, nicely updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. BEST part was being extremely adorable and cozy! :-) We enjoyed our stay at Nobel Haus and look forward to coming back and staying at any of these homes!

Convenient and well maintained

It was very peaceful and secluded. The 2 BRs are on opposite sides of house which is great and each has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was functional and opened up to the living area with a nice electric fireplace. There was great communication with the property manager. We didn't use the hot tub but it appeared clean and functional. Reserved parking for 2 vehicles.

Time away

Home was much better than we thought, perfect location, in the middle of everything. Also the floor plan is perfect. A room in each end giving 2 couples their privacy and the kitchen and living room in the middle. Also, we came to a welcome basket, stock fridge with sodas. Really nice. Definitely will be staying there again next time I stay at Fredisburg.

Finally found two masters down layout. This worked well for us. The unit is impeccably clean and all the amenities you could want. We did not use the hot tub which is located right next to the A/C unit but normally we don't use it anyway. Quiet area and great to sleep. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
