Unavailability of desk staff prevented me from getting answers to my question during approach and from initially checking in. The entrance would benefit from better signage. However, the staff that I did encounter were friendly, and the assigned room was convenient, spacious, and well equipped for the needs of senior guests. All in all, a good value for those who find the place.

We stayed for one night. Booked online abs didn't realize i booked an "accessible" room until i looked at my reservation this morning. I wondered why they gave us that room. I'm sorry if someone needed it. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant. Overall, a good night's stay.

The rooms smelled of grime and filth. My first room was missing its smoke detector, a serious safety concern. Both bedside lamps also did not work. They moved me rooms, and my second room also was missing the smoke detector. The front staff was nice, but it does not make up for the serious safety concerns and lack of cleanliness of the place.

The room was disgusting. The toilet kept running. We finally had to turn the water off. The AC unit was missing the louvers to direct the air and the AC unit was dirty as well. You could tell nobody had cleaned behind the nightstand between the two beds. The carpet in the hallway had a lot of stains. There were a number of people outside smoking weed at the back entrance to the hotel.

Room had full of smoke smell and can’t bear, though the hotel claims it as smoke free hotel. Small cockroaches around the bed and rest room. But rest room was clean. Area and room carpet was dirty to the most. Opted this hotel mainly for breakfast and met the expectation. Boiled egg should be prepared in the morning rather than pre cooked and refrigerated. But room was not to the expectation, for additional 20 bucks we could’ve got better hotel nearby.
