Beautiful place to stay at. Although some of the amenities were either out of order or not open on the days we visited which was a bummer and dimmed the experience. The breakfast buffet is NOT free or should I say complimentary haha. Should have read the pamphlet better. Some of the staff could use an attitude check, but not all of them were Debbie downers.

Good South/Central Texas resort of old

Beautiful lobby. I appreciate the older, local heritage resorts like YO Ranch. This property is that - very south-central Texas of old, and pretty well maintained. We were there in slow season (Feb), so I wasn't surprised when the bar wasn't open late, but the restaurant was hard to catch for dinner. Also, our beds were VERY soft - could use replacing. Great place if you know what you're in for though. The rooms could use an update alltogether, but weren't awful - just old. And large - truly appreciate that!

I love the hotel lobby as well as the room we stayed in. I love all the western and ranch things. Also breakfast was super delicious at The Branding Iron Restaurant that they have.

I booked a last minute room Friday night. Our room was clean and comfortable. Asked for a quiet room but got a room 100 feet from a busy intersection. Lots of road noise from loud trucks. Breakfast not included.
