Come spend your vacation snorkeling, diving or just relaxing on the best beaches in St. Croix! Sunset Villa is a 1,200 sqft, 1 BD/1BA beachfront condo that has been completely renovated in the Summer of 2017 to include an all new kitchen and bath. The unit boasts all new furniture throughout to include a beautiful new King size bed with premium mattress and two sleeper sofas for your added comfort. The all new kitchen is fully appointed for your culinary pleasure as well as a grill located in the nearby gazebo. The unit is well appointed to suit your every need to include Cable, WiFi and stereo, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and 2 sets of snorkeling equipment to snorkel in the best sponge fields and reefs on the island!

Harbour Beach Village Condominiums sits approximately 30 yards off of the Caribbean Ocean on a white sandy beach! It is located one mile South of the quaint town of Frederiksted. The town plays host to all the cruise ships that come to St. Croix. You will find restaurants, shopping and night life all within walking distance! Harbour Beach Village is a three acre gated community of 18 units. The three acre community is fenced in as it resides on a peninsula and is only one of the two structures located along the 7 mile beach. Sandy Point National Nature Preserve is a short .34 mile walk South of Harbour Beach Village! Sandy Point was featured in the ending scene of the movie "Shawshank Redemption".

The property boasts a wonderful gazebo with a grill for outdoor dining, along with a hammock to swing your day away if you choose! The property also has a large salt water pool and gazebo that has tables and lounge chairs.

Sunset Villa is located on the first floor of the complex and the closest building to the beach entrance. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer in the utility room. This is where your floats, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment is located!

The area offers horse back riding in the rainforest and the beach, Sunset Sailboat tours, scuba diving and snorkeling, jet ski rentals and other water activities within 2-3 miles from the unit. The island offers over 35 beaches that are open to the public.

I’d highly recommend this rental. The views are immaculate, easy of access to the beach is the easiest one could ask for. The beach was perfect mix of pure sand and big rocks to break the waves and provide a peaceful spot to sit on the beach. Including all the beautiful fish and sea turtles just 10 feet from the balcony. Very clean inside and working utilities. Just have to deal with one A/C in the bedroom but works excellent if you follow instructions. Neighbors staying in other units were very nice and could provide great information if they’re regulars. Also a special thanks to Betsy the caretaker who treated us very nice and gave us some of the best fruits ever to enjoy! On top of helping us with our shower curtain rod which broke and was fixed within the day. *all pictures were taken at the rental*

Wonderful St Croix Condo

We had a great time! The condo was beautiful, ocean facing, and spacious! Loved the sound of the waves! Renee was very responsive and helpful when our travel dates changed! Betsy helped us when we had a problem with the washer. She came down at 9pm to help us! Our stay there was amazing. We went snorkeling right in front of our condo!! We will stay again!

Perfect Oasis

Super convenient and easy to find location. Best spot on the island to snorkel. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Quiet and relaxing area but close to everything. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Felt safe in the area.

A wonderful place to call home for our 8-day stay. All communications and coordination were fantastic — with both Renee and Betsy. The condo provided a comfortable, clean and perfectly located basecamp from which to explore St Croix. The large lanai with its ocean view and retractable screen gave us front row seats to some of the most gorgeous sunsets! The pool was clean and well maintained and has a great ocean view. All the neighbors as well as Bob — the HBV caretaker were warm and friendly. It’s only 5 minutes to downtown Frederiksted and the pier where there are great restaurants and activities. We SCUBA dove with Nep2une dive shop — highly recommended (thanks Betsy for the referral!). Overall we had a most enjoyable stay and are looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future!

Absolute Paradise in St. Croix!

Our stay at this oceanside condo in St. Croix was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the soothing sound of waves and the breathtaking view of the Caribbean right outside our door. The location is unbeatable — we were steps away from incredible snorkeling adventures each day. The water was clear, calm, and full of vibrant sea life!What really made this place special, though, was the warm community and the attentive caretaker, Bob. He was helpful, kind, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The interaction and communication with the owner was prompt and perfect. The residents were friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed island vibe that made it so easy to unwind.This condo is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and recover from the busyness of life. Every morning started with ocean breezes and every evening ended with stunning sunsets. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great unit in a great location! We prefer the quieter side of St Croix. We loved hearing the ocean all night, snorkeling right in front of the unit was amazing! Everyone we met there was very friendly, we hope to stay here again next year!

Great Stay in St Croix

Condo is right on the water's edge with a great view of all the blue colors you could hope for. Rental is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Owner went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. All of the neighbors we met during our stay were wonderful.

Perfect place for a perfect stay

Location was perfect for us as we love to snorkel. The beach right in front of the condo and at the pier were the best for snorkeling. The place felt like a home. The crosswinds were perfect so we never needed to use the AC.

Great experience from start to finish — Renee is so helpful and responsive, and her place is exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for a few days on the beach was ready for us when we arrived. The views are stunning and it was so lovely to feel like we were on the beach even when relaxing in the condo. Will likely be back!

A place where doing nothing is everything

Let me explain my title. We have always felt that St. Croix was in fact a place where doing nothing is everything meaning the island has a magical pull a place where if you don’t want to do anything other than sit in a chair on the beach all day then that is enough. Sunset Villa is this place! With the amazing views that the lanai offers to the spacious living area. Creatively decorated with local art and splashes of color throughout, Sunset Villa offers all the amenities and more! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is a huge plus especially on days when the sea gets a little rough to swim in. I must add that the owner of this property, was so helpful when it came to several questions we had before making reservations and even after we had arrived making sure we were happy in our space, thanks so much Renee!

Long walks

Long walk on beach to Sandy Point is uncrowded and great. Snorkeling is OK but care is needed to find a safe place to get in and out over the rocks. Property is neat clean and well cared for.

Nice condo unit, great host

Nice stay. I booked 10 nights 12/20-12/30/2023 but only stayed nights #1, 9 & 10 because I had a friend's place to stay the other nights. Unit is nice, prop mgr did a nice intro at check-in. Pool temp was nice, neighbors were nice. Warning on the dates: Frederiksted has an annual festival 12/28-1/6 (ck FB). The music was terrible and loud from 7pm to 3AM 12/28, and 7pm-1AM 12/28 & 12/29. Only the bass and singer came through, but very loud, w/o the rest, so even if you like that music(?), it didn't sound like music. I'm 60, yes a boomer, but not by nature, I grew up on late 70's punk, ska, electronic and reggae, these are still my go-to play list, so normally I would just join in. This was horrible. We didn't sleep at all 12/28 & 12/29 prior to a long day of airline travel. Nice unit, nice bed. Having a cooler and beach supplies is awesome, helps with luggage space. Renee was very helpful and understanding with my reservation change. Would stay again, just not during the festival.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property, right on the water with beautiful ocean breezes, comfortable accommodations, and a safe place to stay on island. The manager for the property was very nice, too. We would definitely stay here again on our trip to beautiful St.Croix!

Just another day on the beach

The unit was very nice. It had everything you needed and then some. Being there in July, AC in the living room would have been nice. Betsy was kind enough to invite us to go snorkeling with her and some friends. We basically had the entire complex to ourselves. The complex grounds are kept very nice. St Croix is somewhere we would return and will look at staying at Renee's condo again. Thank you for allowing us to use you home.

Gorgeous Beachfront Sunsets

This beachfront condo is literally steps from the beach. Upon arriving, we found it be clean, nicely furnished and very quiet. The only negative was the barbed wire fence that surrounded the entire property. It was certainly a bit of an eyesore but given the reasonable price for a beachfront location, we got over it and simply stepped through the gate and enjoyed gorgeous sunset views every evening from what felt like our own private beach. Although the condo is not air conditioned (except for the bedroom) the breezes made it mostly comfortable. The bedroom temperature was perfect for sleeping. The caretaker at the condo was super friendly and shared a lot suggestions for dining, bars and beaches. We explored the island quite a bit (a rental jeep is a must) and were pleased to discover that the beaches and water on our side of the island were among the best. We had a terrific time and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful beach side condo

We enjoyed the beach out the window day and night. The flow through breeze felt amazing. The sunset and sunrise is visible over the water. The only complaint is the sheets were slightly too small for the bed so they came off very easily. Some of the best snorkeling on island was just out the window. The host provided great snorkeling gear. One of the best beaches on island is right there but it is only open on Sat and Sunday in the Winter. We loved our stay and found it a great romantic get away.

Perfect Location for everything!

The location of the condo was perfect and easy access to Fredericksted and the highway to Christianstead. The complex was very quiet with a very quiet beach front, perfect to enjoy morning coffee on the gallery, or dinner at night. It was nicely decorated and all of the furniture was very comfortable. The reason for the 4 star (accuracy of listing) is because the beachfront by the condo is a rocky shore. The full sand beach entry is at least 100 yards in either direction, with a sandy/rocky entry about 50 yards away. It is a beautiful beach, though. The west end of the island is shielded from seaweed and offers several beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkeling very close by. Rainbow beach was awesome. Renee was very quick to answer any questions before and after we arrived, and very helpful with dining and activity suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.
