Upon entering, the high vaulted ceilings and rustic cabin-feel will set the tone for a nostalgic and relaxing vacation away. After a full day of skiing or playing in the private yard, the fireplace will assist in warming up frozen hands and toes and the chef of the group can slide into the fully equipped kitchen to whip up those family-favorite recipes everyone craves. Plus, the kiddos can easily get their wiggle out in the downstairs game room with a few rounds of foosball!

What's nearby:
If the skiers are chomping at the bit to get a taste of fresh powder, don't hesitate to head up to King Pine Ski Mountain just six miles north to ski and snowboard on wonderfully groomed trails. Come summer, the main attraction will definitely be the clear waters of Ossipee Lake just under 10 miles from home base where everyone can swim, fish, and boat under the warm sunshine. Plus, Conway is 15 miles north offering a plethora of shopping options and local restaurants to choose from!

Well appointed and clean property that was perfect for our 3 couples to enjoy southern New Hampshire. Great location. Very comfortable property in a quiet neighborhood. Loved watching deer walking by every morning.

The home overall was very good...perfect size for all of us to separate and gather together ... we loved the 3 season porch for morning coffee, gathering in the evening and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. Our little one loved the openess inside and outside and was able to enjoy it. Beds were comfortable. Towels were plentiful. We enjoyed the morning deer we saw.Location was good...30 minutes to North Conway, 45 to Kangamangus, and 10 minute ride to Lake Ossipee. Negatives:The jacuzzi tub was pictured on listing but not operable. Couch in 3 season porch kept splitting apart. Needs some way to stay connected.Personal preference need... TV in master. Dressers in bedroom for week long stay Fyi...No sleeper sofa in study or anywhere else on first floor.

Charming (and spotless!) Cabin in The Woods

This was our second summer weekend at this property. It is a beautiful home in pristine condition. Bed linens we cozy and comfortable (nice pillows too!). The house has several nice common areas in which to hang out. It gets great light, and the high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. Easy drive to North Conway for a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. We have already booked another weekend next summer!

Great House

This house was amazing! As described and in a quiet and private neighborhood. Wish the couches were a bit more comfortable and bigger, especially for the amount of people allowed. Needs more seating around the kitchen table. The house is for 8 guests, but only 5 chairs are at the table. For 3 couples, it might be hard for everyone to be comfortable, as there is only 1 king bed. The other rooms have a double bed and 2 twins. It would be better to have at least a queen in one of the other rooms, but again, just an observation. And at night, there are no night lights (you can leave a light in the kitchen on but that doesn't help to see the bathrooms), it's pitch black, dark in the house, which is fantastic for sleeping, but not for if you need to get up and use the restroom. Minor things, just things we noticed. Overall, amazing house, lots of space, game room is great, EASY check in and check out, and a clean property. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! This is a very clean comfortable house. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. Everything is of a high quality. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of games, books, a pull table, a ping pong table, etc. The area is beautiful. A short walk to the little beach. Communication with management was excellent. We hope to come back. Charming New Hampshire Retreat

This is a beautiful property located on a wooded lot in Freedom, NH, a short drive (about 20 mins from North Conway). The house itself featured beautiful exposed beams and high ceilings. It gets tons of light! The beds were comfortable and had nicer linens than I’ve found in most rentals. There were plenty of towels, dish towels, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend stay. There were several cozy places (an all-season room with a couch and TV and a larger sitting room) where we could relax and unwind. We liked it so much that we have already re-booked for another weekend!

Our January stay

While we loved the actual property we were not able to stay for the two days that we paid for due to weather conditions. We did not get refunded for this. When we arrived the house was absolutely freezing and took hours to get slightly better. The front room stayed freezing the entire time, we had to shut the doors. We could not get in touch with anyone about it. The actual home is gorgeous and clean but these two issues that we had tainted our experience.
