Here, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms to accommodate a half-dozen guests, a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table with a view, and a spacious living area with a wet bar, well-appointed furniture, matching sofas, and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.

Step out onto the large, furnished back deck where you can fire up your gas grill and dine alfresco or just recline and take in the unparalleled view. You'll also enjoy a large, grassy yard that's ideal for lawn games like croquet or corn hole as well as access to your own private, sandy beach.

Additional features and amenities at this home include cooling central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay. For remote office work, make yourself comfortable in the office/den which includes a beautiful rolltop desk, sofa, and a high-speed internet connection.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
