We were greeted by a friendly hostess who went out of her way to check us in early. She was efficient and had us on our way through the rest of our day. Our room was very clean and ready, when we reached it. The closet area was a spacious surprise with a wide bench, hangers, & a shelf. The fridge, microwave, and alarm clock were appreciate.

Our television didn't work. We asked for them to fix it early in our stay. They never did. They never cleaned or refreshed our room. They didn't explain if or when they would. The staff made promises and didn't follow through. Overall unimpressed.
