Property was clean and staff was professional. Understandably our discounted room was located in an area where construction of the remodel was taking place, but the workers were whistling down the hall and had no overall respect for the guests staying there. In addition they overcharged my credit card because of a miscommunication between the hotel and the booking site. After speaking to a manager that issue is pending resolution. Overall experience was good the facility is clean in a central location near shops, not enough parking.

Thank you Anonymous for taking the time to review our hotel. I do apologize for technical problems that caused your card to be charged by mistake at our hotel. It has been fixed. Unfortunately technology does not always do what we want it to do.

We were given an unready room. Mattresses, pillows were without covers. A pile of sheet was on the table. Missing bathroom curtain. After our complaining, the staff gave us a room close to noisy freeway , not saying sorry at all. The room was ok. But the microwave didn't work. We didn't use the TV, so we were not sure if it worked. Just one point we feel positive about the hotel was its cleanness.

But for me to do so I would need to know the name from your reservation. Because I would have to look up what room number that you were first given at the time of your check in.

Absolutely love it!!

We had such a great experience, we loved everything about it, especially the continent breakfast. We definitely are staying there in the future.

Great place

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
A winner. I took a chance with a 'blind' reservation to save money. What a pleasant surprise; nice room, good staff; nice continental breakfast. All good.
