Welcome to our cozy and spacious cottage, just a short walk away from one of the area's premier lakes! Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of lake life at a fraction of the cost while still having easy access to the water, public beach, and local amenities.

About This Property: From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the stress of daily life melt away. This charming cottage is perfect for larger groups, offering multiple gathering areas so everyone can enjoy their time together while still having space to spread out.

While this home is not directly on the lake, it is conveniently located just a short walk from the public boat launch, where you’ll find our dock. Spend your days swimming, fishing, and taking in breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. The public beach is just up the hill, where you can also grab a pizza or indulge in some ice cream.

Endless Entertainment – Rain or Shine! No need to worry about bad weather—this home is packed with indoor entertainment options! Enjoy a game of pool, darts, or arcade gaming with 60 classic games. Most TVs are set up with Roku so that you can stream your favorite shows and movies.

Outdoor Fun & Relaxation:

Grill, fire pit, and picnic table for outdoor dining and gatherings
All-sports Clear Lake with a popular sandbar island for relaxation and fun on the water
Golf cart available for rent ($500 per week) for easy access around the area
Important Notes:

This is an older cottage with some recent updates, including a new laundry room, second bathroom, and concrete parking area for guests.
A water softener has been added to the new bathroom to address the area’s hard water issues.
Internet service can occasionally go out but is usually resolved quickly.
Sleeping Arrangements: This home has three available bedrooms, plus additional sleeping areas such as a pull-out couch. Although the home has a fourth bedroom, it is not included in the rental. Please review the listed sleeping arrangements to ensure the space meets your group’s needs.

Pets allowed! 5 STARS!

The place is just around the corner from the boat launch and beach. The Island is amazing and is the perfect place to spend the day swimming and exploring. Airplanes landing and taking off all the time on the lake is just one of the cool things you will experience. The sunsets are amazing and anything you may need is just a short drive away. Eric is a complete professional and very accommodating and he went above and beyond our expectations several times to ensure we had a great time. We don't vacation often but when we do we bring our dogs. It's sad the lack of places that will allow pets these days. Particularly a pit bull. Most campgrounds won't even allow a pit on the premises. This was a far better experience by far than any of the campgrounds we have visited. The listing for this rental does not mention the washing machine, so we planned on there being only a dryer since only the dryer was mentioned. There is also bunk beds in one of the bedrooms and a matchbox car playset that my 7yo absolutely loved. The grill is a very nice large propane grill. It's a great place to get together with family and friends. Only things I could recommend would be the option of a place to keep renters boats on the water while staying. Mabye even a pontoon boat rental option. I know some places charge as much as $500 for a day to rent a toon. An outside hot tub would bring us back sooner than later too. Clean nice place

This cottage is nice and roomy And has a pool table. But it is not lakefront so keep that in mind. Nice to have our family all together but will look for a cottage right on the lake next year so we can look out on the water when we wake up and have coffee.

Nicely decorated and big enough to host a large family. Only drawback was having only one bathroom. Could use more wash clothes and dish towels. Just a short walk to the boat ramp.

Perfect location

This was our first time renting a house on Clear Lake, but we’ve been coming up here for the 4th of July weekend for years. Eric’s place had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space, games, comfy beds and cooking equipment. Can’t emphasize enough how perfect this location was, a dock wasn’t even necessary because it was so easy to load/unload our boat at the dock, then a quick walk back to the house. We also made good use of the outdoor space, game room and barbecue every night! Eric was incredibly helpful and met all of our needs. Would absolutely stay again!!
