Hotel is basic, clean and the staff was pretty nice. Hot tub is out of order and a car was broken into, now im super paranoid about my vehicle and not sleeping.

Everything was great, but the tile floor in the bathroom was loose and the shower surround had a big crack in the long wall. It wasn't caulked or sealed up. Other than that it was very clean and a nice place to stay.

Checking in was a headache, they said it starts at 3:00pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm and yet my room wasn't ready yet. They made me wait in the lobby for a few minutes, which was fine. Then I went to my room only to discover that it REALLY wasn't ready yet. There were sheets all over, and coffee cups strewn across various surfaces. As I was leaving the room to go back to the lobby, I came across the cleaning lady who barely got there from the room next door. I went back down to the lobby to notify the front desk of my situation. I was told it was full, but then I was offered a first floor room instead. The room was okay, not a bad location in the building except it was right next to the exit side door so I'd hear everyone go in and out. I feel like they just snubbed me when I told them of my experience the next day. I wouldn't stay here again.

In need of an update and some repairs. The water pressure was awful in the shower and it took about 10 minutes to get warm water. The room carpet was worn and needed replacement as did the bathroom fixtures. The outlet chargers didn’t function well. One of the washing machines was broken in the laundry and the desk clerk didn’t mention any plans to repair or replace it. The breakfast was good and the attendant was doing a great job but there was very limited seating. The location was good for our next day travel to Yosemite. We were going to return there before we head to Sequoia, but we cancelled and found another hotel because we will need to do laundry.
