Great place for a quick stay. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was one of the better free breakfasts I’ve had at hotels like this. Room was clean and updated. Would recommend this place.

Quick and happy!

It was literally a place to sleep for a few hours but was fantastic. Safe area. Clean and updated facility. We come through this area once a year and happily stay at this property!

We stayed at the property to attend a wedding. I had called ahead of time to ask if I could have an early check-in. The guy said it was fine and not to worry about it. When I arrived around 2pm at the property they told me they had nothing available for me and the woman helping me at the desk really just didn’t give a crap for what had happened. I tried to explain to her that we had just driven 2 1/2 hours we had to be at the wedding by 3:30 and basically told me there was nothing she could do. While sitting waiting for a room another person was being checked in and I walked up behind her and I said I thought that we weren’t allowed to check in, she then told me she would see what she could do. She told me that if I got a double room I could check in right now. I said that was fine because we had to get ready. As we were going up the stairs, we had seen a house keeping finishing cleaning a king room it was just extremely frustrating as I paid for a king room, and had tried to be considerate by asking if it was OK if we checked in early and basically was shoved off and dismissed. I understand nothing is perfect, but it would’ve been nice if she seemed like she cared a little bit.

All staff members with whom we interacted were friendly and professional. Room was in good order - clean and well kept. The only "complaint" was that on checkout there were no luggage carts available because there was a maintenance crew using all of them to haul building supply boxes - so 4 trips to and from the car to get packed rather than 1 with a cart. Oh well, we needed the exercise, I guess. Very good stay otherwise and we will be back when in Fresno. Thank you.
