New Tommy Bahama bedding to elevate your stay. The bedrooms are large and allow for privacy, while the huge kitchen/island and back deck provide the gathering space for your entire crew. If you've never been to Fripp, it's hard to explain how special the island and beaches are until you see it for yourself; and this house is perfectly situated to make the most of it. It is very different than your typical, crowded Myrtle Beach type of trip. I will provide you with lots of information so you know what to expect and can plan the best trip possible.

This beautiful and generously appointed home has been updated throughout. It is perfectly situated near the club house and swimming pools but is only steps from the beach. Many locations on the island lose their beach during high tide, but the public access at the end of the driveway takes you to a permanent beach. Enjoy the salt-water breezes from 2 screened-in porches, a large deck, and large front porch.

Bedroom setup:
Bedroom 1: King bed, twin daybed with twin trundle (sleeps 4), flat screen TV, private bathroom (main level)

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, twin daybed with twin trundle (sleeps 6), flat screen TV, private bathroom (main level)

Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2), flat screen TV, shared bathroom with bunk room (second floor)

Bedroom 4: Bunk bed, full plus twin (sleeps 3), shared bathroom with bedroom 3. Shared closet in the hall with bedroom #3 (second floor)

Included In Rental: beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and bicycles (do not ride bikes on the beach, please).

*Golf carts are available for rent on the island. (We highly recommend this. Trust us, you'll enjoy it immensely).

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our time at Fripp Island. It worked out perfectly amid all the COVID precautions to get away to a private and more secluded atmosphere. The beach was a quick walk from the house and the pool was a short distance by golf cart down the street. We loved seeing all the wildlife and walking trails. The house had a large kitchen that was well-stocked and a large dining table to accommodate a group of people. House was comfortable and clean and Amy was a great hostess.

We are “frippin” 2020 around with this vacation

We love Fripp and we love this house. This was our second time staying here and it was another great stay. The house has everything we needed in space and amenities. The proximity to the beach is such a great amenity. It’s not ocean front but it’s as close to ocean front as you can get without paying the ocean front price. Just a short walk to the beach access. Management is great to work with and keeps in contact if needed. We look forward to making this our annual vacation spot.

Very nice house we really enjoyed our stay. We were there with family for a high school softball game from the upstate. The house was very comfortable and functional. Nice walk to the beach we hope to go back

Very clean, Spacious Fripp Home

This home is perfect for a large family. We had a wedding in Beaufort but stayed here. It was so worth it! The house was neat and clean. The owner is awesome! Quick response to all of my questions before our stay.

There are a few things that need to be fixed in the house

The house is a great layout but the front door the battery needs to be replaced and the stove doesn't work real good. We only had two burners. I know it hard to maintain but the beach chairs are bad and no umbrella. Our visit was great and we had a good time.

Fantastic week

We all really enjoyed our week spent on Fripp. We noticed the repairs that had been made to the house. The house is very spacious so that we felt that we had our own space when needed. Hopefully we will be able to return again next year.

Great place close to the beach!

Family trip to the place we got married. House is very close to the beach, with the access walkway next to the house. House was very spacious for all of us. Couple things could be updated but for the most part, awesome place! Hurricane Florence cut our stay short and Amy was kind of enough to refund part of the stay, as well as getting refunds for the amenity cards. Would def recommend staying here!

Comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Watsontonia. The proximity to the beach was perfect! It was just a short walk from the house out to the beach. A view of the beach from the house would have been nice, but you can't have everything. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off sand upon our return to the house. The family room and kitchen were nice and roomy. The dining room table seated 8 people comfortably. There were plenty of bathrooms and beds. Even though the house faces a busy street things were always quiet at night. One evening the air conditioning was not working, but the owners responded quickly and made sure the issue was resolved promptly.

Plenty of room, open layout. Lots of bath towels and wash clothes so you aren’t doing laundry all the time, extra refrigerator/freezer in basement was a God send!

Wonderful home that you will surely enjoy.

The three greatest attributes in real estate... location, location, location. The house isn't bad either. Plenty of room and beds for my family of 10. We walked down the new boardwalk to the beach and stayed all day. The house is nicely furnished with everything you will need. Enjoy!
