Inside, the home is designed to make the most of its beautiful coastal setting. The main living area, kitchen, and back deck all showcase stunning water views, creating the perfect backdrop for gathering with family and friends. The first floor features a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed and a small refrigerator nearby, along with a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, one guest bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests with a twin bunk bed, and a king, plus a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony, small refrigerator, and the same breathtaking views you’ll enjoy throughout the home. Its en-suite bath includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower stall. Mounted TVs in every bedroom provide an added touch of comfort and convenience.
Outside, the ground-level lounge area and gas grill create another relaxing space to enjoy the salty breeze and unforgettable scenery. From sunrise coffee on the deck to evenings under the stars, this home is the perfect place to settle into island time.
Pets are considered for this property. A maximum of 2 dogs that are small (no larger than 20 pounds). PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.
