The Town of Frisco has a great “feel” about it … and so does this townhome! Situated in a nice neighborhood just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Frisco and a short 15-minute drive from the slopes, this property is the perfect mixture of privacy and amenities. It’s a place that you and your group will instantly feel at home in!

This nicely updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome is a great retreat for families and groups of up to 7. The spacious living area has vaulted ceilings and large windows to enjoy the colors of the sunrise and great views of the mountains to the east. A wood fireplace acts as the center piece of the living area and the comfortable couch is a great spot to relax while you watch the game or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV.

The full kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances that make for a great place to whip up a culinary masterpiece for the troops as they enjoy the views from the deck and backyard. The farm style dining room table has room for six. The deck off the back of the house has a gas grill and excellent views of the Tenmile Range, Mount Royal, and Buffalo Peak. The private hot tub in the back yard is a perfect place to enjoy the views from during the colder months or to stargaze anytime of the year.

This property also features complimentary Wi-Fi and a new washer and dryer. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Great family vacation overall. I will say they will not let you check in until AFTER 4 pm no matter what, and was difficult to get check-in code in adequate time. That made it difficult when traveling between two places in one day, so if you plan on spending adequate time the first day, just plan an extra day of vacation. The garage door seemed messed up from day one upon arrival and was difficult to operate (manual lift, hard to lift) but if you don't mind parking outside it's just fine. The property was in a fantastic location and great size for a family with 3 teenage kids, cute space for sure. We loved using the hot tub.

Pushy/unreasonable

The weather got really bad so I mentioned we may head out a day early. We pulled out of the lot and they were texting me right after I left to see if I was gone. "yes we just left" The roads out of town and back to Denver were closed and the snow was so bad. It was less than an hour since I left and I asked if we could return to the property because we had already paid for the night.They said No and gave me the run around, even thought I paid and my booking was through the night and next morning. I had to pay for an additional hotel to have a place to stay while the weather subsided. Not sure why they were in such a hurry to get us out, but it seems ridiculous that we could not return to the PAID for property to finish our our stay.

Great location for a ski weekend!

My friends and I stayed at this property during our ski weekend to Copper Mountain. The house was the perfect size for us and the hot tub was amazing for relaxing after hitting the slopes! Everything was clean and tidy, no issues with the property at all. 5 stars

Perfect spot for a friend's ski trip. Quick drive to A-Basin, Copper, and Keystone.Well equipped kitchen, nice hot tub, and a garage so you don't have to scrape your car in the morning

Family Snowboarding Trip

Place was great for a family of 4. Loved the convenience of the hot tub in the back yard. Main Street with shoes and restaurants and the shuttle to Copper and Breckenridge was about a 10 minute walk. We would easily walk it without gear but would drive and park closer with bringing gear.
