This level also includes a double bedroom, a room with 2 beds, and a large fully equipped kitchen fitted with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, complete with a dining table. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

The upper floor offers a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a digital television, as well as an additional open living area. This level accommodates 2 double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, and an open kitchen featuring 4 hot plates and an oven. 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and bidet, serve this floor.
