Very terrible host/owner- absolutely unacceptable-dissatisfied-

Owner company of this property are totally unprofessional, informal, they are just talk g the money of the payment and then disappear. We never had the instructions/details to access to the property and they never answer neither before the check in, nor at the date of the check in, nor even until now. We are trying to contact them, VRBO trying to call them and no one had luck. This company should be out of the market and be banned to do business in this way. This is complete unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is the first time this situation happened but we don’t want this happens to nobody never again. This was a nightmare. We ended up booking an hotel for emergency and then we had to get another place and paid more than twice of the price for being “last minute” booking. This must be taking care by VRBO and prevent never happen again. There is no words to describe how unfortunate we felt, going for a vacation and have a horrendous experience instead.

Väldigt lyhört. Gick inte att duscha, inget tryck på vattnet, är du lite kraftigare kommer du inte in i kabinen, vi var tvungna att duscha på annat håll. Trång balkong.
