Two bedroom apartment with terrace on the 5th floor, situated in a residental part of the popular area of Los Boliches, Fuengirola. Walking distance to everything you need! This apartment is the perfect fit if you are looking for a quiet residential and typical Spanish neighborhood but with plenty to do within close reach.



The apartment comprises of living room with 2 sofas, TV and dining table to seat 4, with access to the terrace. 

Separate fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the property. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with bath/shower fitting. The cosy terrace is accessed from the living room and offer open views over the city of Fuengirola.




The apartment is equipped with full air conditioning which can also be set to heat during the winter months, fibre optic Wi-Fi and full international TV package. We provide all bed linen and towels.





The property is located in a residential area and is an 8-10 minute walk down to the wide sandy beach area. The main central shopping area of Los Boliches is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The local train station is a 5 minute walk where you can catch the train every 20 minutes to Fuengirola, the airport and Malaga city. Los Boliches has a thriving bustling feel to it and is very popular with many nationalities both living here and visiting as tourists during the whole year. The local market is an approximate 10 minute walk from the apartment. But you also have a big supermarket, restaurants and cafés in the immediate area.
