House with pool, Villa Alarilla

Don't worry about finding a parking spot! We have free parking on the property and a security camera that covers the entrance and the parking area.
The pool is private and spacious (10 m x 5 m) with a maximum depth of 1.70 m. It’s designed to let you make the most of it, featuring built-in steps on one side for easy entry and exit, and a bench so you can sit comfortably in the water.
You can enjoy a great outdoor barbecue on our patio and also eat in the shade on the house’s porch.
Feel like shooting some hoops? We’ve set up a half basketball court and provide the ball so you can play and have fun.
You can also play ping pong on a large outdoor table, which can be moved and set up wherever you like (in the shade on the porch or in the sun in the garden). For the little ones, there’s a kids’ ping pong table… they can play, too!
And if you want to relax as well as have fun, you can do so in the whirlpool tub in one of the bathrooms, or in the outdoor hot tub, which will be available during the warmer months.

Child-friendly: a high chair and a travel crib are available (you’ll need to bring bedding for the crib). They can paint and have fun with games.
We also have a small pool for babies and toddlers, which can be filled with balls or water, so they can cool off safely under supervision.

Dog-friendly: Want to travel with your pet? They can stay for free. They’ll have plenty of space to run and play.
When we lived in the house, we found an abandoned dog named Mía. We contacted an animal shelter, but since they were full, we took care of her for a few months. And of course… we bought her everything!
Mía would love to share her things, so we’ll have a little bed and some food bowls ready so your pet feels right at home.
We just ask that they not get on the beds or sofas. The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused, as well as for keeping the gardens clean of waste.

Make yourself a delicious snack or treat yourself to a feast if you prefer—anything is possible in our fully equipped kitchen, a chef’s dream.

The neighborhood is currently unpaved; the City Council is seeking quotes to pave it, and we’ll update this information once those are available.
The house’s exterior is exposed brick; we plan to apply a single-coat finish in a few months, and we’ll continue to look for possible improvements in the coming years.
