First of all we stayed in one of their largest rooms (248sq/ft give or take) on the 13th floor. The room is a rectangle, with no square footage wasted. You open the door and you're in the room, no little mini hallway, no columns. So EXCELLENT use of space. The bathroom was huge. We really liked the sliding door (again, great use of space).
Comfortable, warm, friendly staff, easy check-in with a kiosk, instructions could be changed to English for us, with one of the staff watching over in case we needed help.
The breakfast buffet was small but delicious. Our only complaint was that we could hear the sirens and cars, even from the 13th floor, all night all. Every night. I guess sound carries easily? Everything else was great.
