I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and I did get a good night’s sleep. However, the room was quite small and a bit awkward to move around in, particularly the bathroom door area and especially with luggage coming in and out the room. There were also some cleanliness and condition issues, like peeling paint/wallpaper and a bit of grime around the sink and shower curtain. With the air conditioning you can only manage the flow of air low/medium/high, not the temperature, which isn’t ideal. The common areas and laundrette were not well maintained. The washing machines were grimy, I emptied full bins right next to them and leftover clothing scattered around. The shared spaces didn’t feel clean and tidy, it was all a bit tired and not up to scratch. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but I think a little maintenance and a refresh would go a long way.

Hotel employees weren’t friendly, the check in process felt extremely rushed, the room wasn’t clean and tidy, there was dust in multiple places throughout the room, and the shower clogged multiple times throughout the duration of my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed.

A Wonderful Stay With Lovely Professional Staffs!

What separates a great hotel from the ordinary normal one? This is the one lovely hotel that stands out in the entire Fukuoka even the overrated Hotel Okura (Okura staffs are old, looks tired and extremely unfriendly) doesn’t come close to this hotel whose staffs are more vibrant and visibly conscious of the guests! The main factor is that some of the staffs are so efficient, competent and professional like Front staff- Takuma Ikegami and the F&B Manager- Asuka Ueyama. Makes your overall stay experience more enchanting and memorable! Please send these two wonderful individuals my appreciation and gratitude. Thank you.
