Funchal Acqua Blue 3O, a Home in Madeira

Funchal Acqua Blue 3O is a modern and charming apartment in a recently constructed building with high quality standards, located in Funchal's main tourist area, close to the sea and with several nearby services.

The apartment is 85 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (1.60 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 m), a living room with a sofa and dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, private parking and a terrace with a small private pool, solarium and outdoor dining table.

It is part of a residential building with several shared facilities, including a spacious garden, an infinity pool with sea views and a gym.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa.

A few minutes’ walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.

It is 600 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 750 meters from Praia Formosa and 1700 meters from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade.

The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building.

The Aerobus from the airport stops 100 meters from the entrance to the building.

By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.



REMARKS

The private pool can be heated upon request for a supplement (minimum stay of 5 days). The large shared pool is not heated.

The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.

Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up food waste and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when traveling around the island.

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
