Garden Villa is a luxury home located in a quiet area of Funchal, surrounded by greenery that creates a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Despite being close to the city, the setting ensures both privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect accommodation for families or groups seeking comfort and exclusivity.

Accommodating up to 12 people, the property has 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, a television and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the lower ground floor there are 2 further bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (joined), both with a television, and the bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms.

The social area follows an open-plan concept, with a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen — ideal for relaxing moments and shared meals. A laundry room adds extra practicality for longer stays.

The outdoor space is a true highlight: a private heated pool and jacuzzi, basketball court, barbecue area, and a beautifully maintained garden. Private parking ensures security and convenience throughout your stay.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nights stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
