Nearby The Apartment is located in the main Hotel area, in a tranquil residential area. The Plaza Shopping centre with many shops and a large, branded supermarket is only 850 m away. Within easy walking distance there are plenty of cafés and restaurants, including the renowned patisserie “Confeitaria na Avenida” as well as a SPAR mini market and a gas station. Vintage Garden Apartment provides easy walking access to the whole of Funchal downtown and its many points of interest. The park Santa Catarina is a short 800 meters walking distance and the Municipal Gardens are only 1.2 km away, Funchal marina and seafront a 1.4 km walk. Palheiro Golf Course is only a 20 minute drive and the airport 30 minutes away.
Cleaning The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.
Booking Notes The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy. To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
