Sumptuous free buffet style breakfast really start my day right. The hotel is located right next to the JR station that added extra convenience. The rate is unbeatable. The upkeeping of the place is above average.

This hotel is very convenient and next to the train station with shopping and food options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top (14th) floor and looked West so we had a nice but distant view of Mt. Fuji. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating is because of the bed. As other people have stated, the beds are very hard and is almost like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were not that much better. It felt like some type of plastic cubes were inside of the pillows. If they upgraded the beds and pillows this would be an excellent hotel.
