Friday night Morgan Wallen concert available and just opened it up for you to book one night only and normally there’s a two night minimum. New everything from flooring to mattresses/pillows to kitchen and bathrooms! The perfect house to host friends and family for a fun gameday weekend, a relaxing getaway, a Greek Parent event, Graduation, Concert, or Summer Orientation! Centrally located in town and a short 10 minute walk directly south to campus/stadium.

Maximum comfort-Organic Awara Mattresses so no chemicals here! Very neat and tidy house from top to bottom! Has all the kitchen essentials and you won't want for anything during your stay. A fully stocked kitchen, super comfy new sectional, large family/dining spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms, and a large paved outdoor space for gatherings and playing corn hole! Everything is sparkling clean and the whole house gets great natural sunlight! Plenty of large TV's to watch the games if you don't feel like weathering the heat or the crowds!

Java anyone? Coffee station with a Nespresso and a Keurig machine. There's even a drip coffee maker for the OG's! Stocked with a Magic bullet blender for a quick smoothie to tide you over until you visit one of the many amazing Gainesville Restaurants!

Minimum night stay is 2. We will consider a 1 night stay on a case by case basis. Please Message the owners.

The home includes an additional bedroom and bathroom located within the main home but with a completely separate exterior back of the home entrance. This space is not accessible to guests.
Major events such as Football games, concerts, graduations will be at a higher rate due to demand: $995/$3500/night.
The host may occupy this private area for 1–2 games per season, graduating weekend 2026 and 2029. When occupied, there is no access to any interior or shared spaces, and guests retain full, private use of the home and all amenities.

We had a wonderful family getaway, the accomadations were great and very close to fun activities. We went kayaking and hiking and found plenty of things to do. the trip was too short. I would recommend this to anyone!

Love this house...works perfect for us. We have stayed here twice and plan to use it again...we come from NY to go to a Race every March. We dont spend alot of time at the house itself but the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths work out great...always well kept...nice patio

Unfortunately we did not have the best visit at this renatal. The Front door locking system was a huge pain. We were locked out of the house several times and had to call the owner. Why the code changes automatically while we’re staying there is beyond me. I would give the cleanliness of the house was 6/10. Make sure you clean the kitchen utensils and coffee machine when you arrive. . The mattresses need to be changed out in our opinion. I would rate my over all stay at 5/10

Cozy stay for Daughter's College Graduation

Before we stepped foot into the home, the owners maintain clear communication regaring our upcoming stay. From the moment we stepped foot in the property, we felt at home. It was very cozy, smelled great and it was very clean. The backyard was great for hanging out and enjoying coffee in the morning and playing games at night. The living room was our favorite place to gather because the couch was so comfy and there were games for us to play. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortable and enjoy each other's company. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location!

The home was perfect for a game day group. Our party of 8 included family and friends. The space was perfect for hanging out and the backyard was great! The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were perfect size. You can tell the owners really care about their guests and their experience!

Travel Softball Trip

Excellent Gator Getaway

We stayed here for a roommate reunion weekend. The property is super clean, everyone got their own bedroom and there is plenty of hangout room. Easy walk to campus and the stadium. I would definitely stay here again.
