The EV chargers out front are damaged and also regularly blocked by non-electric vehicles. I booked at this hotel because I thought it had EV charging. Pretty disappointed.

I booked two rooms after we got our keys to get into the rooms one of the rooms. The beds were still unmade and food left behind. The other room had food still on the table, but everything else was made. There was still urine on the toilet seat and there was pubic hair inside the bed after it was made. It looks like the sheets were never changed

Everything at this property was AMAZING! Room was very clean and spacious. Front Desk Agent Yenka provided superb customer service, he was very courteous, respectful and helpful. I'd say his attitude set the tone for my stay at this Quinta property. Amazing personality.

Very good 3-star hotel!

Very good 3-star hotel! The room was quiet, spacious, and very clean. Breakfast was decent, and the pool was comfortable and relaxing. What really stood out was the 5-star professional service from Yinka at the front desk—absolutely outstanding! The only downside was that, upon check-in, my reservation showed as cancelled for no apparent reason or explanation. Thankfully, Yinka went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. Overall, a great stay—I’ll definitely be back!
