I personally think we should get a refund we get there and it took them about 30 minutes to even find our reservation and then when they give us the room key, we go to the room and there was someone in the room so we had to go back they gave us another room. There was a couple cockroaches in there And you could tell that they didn’t wipe anything down because there was cigarette residue everywhere. I am very disappointed. It was not worth $114.

This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. My husband was scheduled for surgery so we were in no position to go elsewhere but after his day surgery the next morning, I packed up the car and left for home. I paid for 2 nights and only used one and did not bother asking for a refund.
