We came into town for construction work. It was freezing cold the morning we arrived and weren't able to work. I called and spoke with Schelley, explained our situation. She was so understanding and said I found you some rooms that you can check in early and come warm up. Upon arrival she was just as kind in person. We have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always excellent. Schelley went above and beyond to help us. Anytime i am in the Gainesville area, I will make sure to stay here. Thank you

The first room allocated has water leaks from refrigerators so requested new, that too not to the expectation. The overall rating is above 8 but actually should be between 4-5
