Wood floors downstairs, access to kitchen and entertainment room with TV/sound system. Pool table in living room. Two upstairs rooms have wall-mounted smart TVs. 10 minutes away from UF, great for Gator games. Large living room/family room great for entertaining. Stone fireplace on back patio and grill with large backyard.

Great home base for Gator games

Well appointed, clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to access U of F from this home. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would stay there again!
